If you use a flare gun inside the safe zone that would summon an airdrop equivalent to two normal airdrops and if you use a flare gun outside the safe zone, it would call upon an armored vehicle that can help you go to the safe zone.

A Flare gun is also known as a signal pistol or a very pistol that discharges bright flares. In the time of need or a situation of life and death, it can create an illumination to improve visibility or can create a signal that is readable transmitting into radio signals. And it was first used during world war 2. The soldiers used to make a signal to flash their location themselves in SOS situations. Or it was just a fire starter when they have to burst an area into the fire.
Flare Gun first came to PUBG on 19 December 2018. After that, the flare gun functionality has been changed so many times; the developers have updated about the flare guns so many times. When it first came to the game, there was a marker on the map showing the flare gun icon, and after the player tests; the developers then removed the flare gun marker from the map. And after that, the developers also removed all kinds of messages or indicators about Flare Gun from the map.
A Flare gun in PUBG is one of the rarest weapons and its spawn rate is very low and also different in various maps. And it mainly calls a custom airdrop that comes with more valuable supplies than a normal airdrop and you can say it’s almost double of a normal airdrop.
And whenever you have found a flare gun and you have shot the gun and when the flare reaches the altitude of 200meters then a plane shows up on the map which carries the airdrop in it. And then it drops the supply crate that would be landing with 3 parachutes. Or a BRDM-2.
And mainly it drops the supply crate on the game when the flare gun is shot inside the current safe zone and it drops BRDM-2 if the gun is shot outside the current safe zone.
In the upper paragraphs, you have already noted that a flare supply is equivalent to double a normal airdrop. And it comes not only with high-end weapons but also with suitable attachments. Like the weapons usually comes with an attached suppressor in a Flare drop. And even a level3 helmet or a Backpack or a vest. Then remember if you are inside the current safe zone or play zone then the plane would drop a special supply crate. And if you are outside the current play zone then the plane would drop a BRDM-2 vehicle for you that can help you and your teammates to return to the play zone.

It can occupy 4 players at a time. It can move in the water and on the land at the same time. And its speed in the ground is 105Km/h and in the Water 22Km/h.
