PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2022, shortly PMGC was a huge arranged tournament for all the PUBG Mobile players worldwide that Jason Kaplan hosted. PUBG Mobile Global Championship started with the group stage on November 24th, ending with the final on January 21st-24th. A total of 24 teams from all over the world were drawn into 3 groups. This league stage ran for 4 weeks, each with Two Stages. There held 12 matches in a single week, and each team plays 8 matches total in a week, every Tuesday & Wednesday.
For the super weekend, the top 16 teams qualified, and 15 matches were held each week in this super weekend. The single lobby format was 16. Teams play 15 matches total in a week, every Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The top 16 teams had qualified for the league final based on Super Weekend points.
The league final was held from January 21st to January 26th, 2021, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The top 16 qualified teams from the 24 teams got permission to play the League Finals that had 29 matches.

There had an excellent points distribution of this global championship. The first place holder got 15 points per kill, the 2nd place holder got 12 points, the 3rd place holder got 10 points, the 4th place holder got 8 points, the 5th place holder got 6 points, the 6th place holder got 4 points, and the 7th place holder got 2 points. Similarly, the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th place holders got 1 point per kill. At last, the 13th – 16th placeholder didn’t get any point per kill.
The prize of this championship for the 1st place holder was $700,000, for the 2nd place holder was $200,000, for the 3rd place holder was $100,000, and for the 4th place, the holder was $40,000. There also had a special price for the MVP. The prize for the MVP was $15,000. Suk (Chinese Player) from the Four Angry Men team got this special prize.
Five types of players got 5 types of awards for their performances in different sections. They got awards for Gunslinger, Eagle Eye, Grenade Master, The Survivor, and Field Medic.
This award got who managed to score the most kills. Sukk was the guy who won this award from the 4 Angry Men (4 AM) team in an emphatic fashion, with a total of 203 kills in 89 matches. He also dealt with 31,512 damage while landing a total of 40 headshots.
The Eagle Eye award was for that player who killed the enemy player from the farthest distance. Beer11 was a Thai player, and he won this award from the team of RRQ Athena. He managed to score a kill from a massive distance of about 463 meters.
From the title, we easily can understand this award was given to that guy who scored the most grenade kills in the tournament. Ryzen won this award from the Bigetron Red Aliens (BTR RA) team for achieving a total of 26 Grenade Kills in the tournament.
The Survivor title was given to that player who survived the most throughout the tournament. This guy was none other than Dante, a player from the Bangladeshi team A1 eSports. He was managed to win this award after surviving for a total of 2073 minutes and 56 seconds. He also scored 49 kills by dealing total damage of 9238.
Field Medic was the final award depending on the player’s performance for the most revives in the tournament. This award went to the Turkish player Lovazin from the Team Futbolist. He managed to pull off 67 revives in the tournament.
